Can't Reorder Playlist Songs-No Edit

Hi! I have Premium, MS Surface Pro 3, WIN10, US.

From desktop app or Chrome browser, I only have the option to "Edit Details" and not "Edit". Despite it also occurring on the browser, I still reinstalled the desktop app per many "SOLVED" tags, but no change. No other posts seemed to have the same symptoms as me (that I saw).

Hey! Thank you for joining the community and submitting your question! In the desktop application, just click on the song you want to change position and drag it. In the edit section it is really only possible to edit the playlist information. Hope this helps. A big hug and a great weekend!
