Cannot find Roughrider of Love

Hi there! 
My friend has Spotify and we used to listen to the german artist "Roughrider of Love". So I got Spotify as well in order to listen to his music on my own, too. But, unfortunately, I cannot find him when I browse or search his name on my account? 

Do I have another regional account and if so, can I change mine?
