Child exposed to pornographic image/content on suggested audiobooks

Has anyone else had their child exposed to pornographic image/content on suggested audiobooks when explicit content is turned off. I have been on the support chat and I am supposed to be getting an email through from the team it was elevated to. This was nearly two days ago. It had disappeared but it has come back again. This really is a serious safeguarding issue and I feel it needs to be dealt with faster - any ideas to get it removed quicker?

Thanks for bringing this up. It’s very concerning that explicit content appears despite your settings. Since this involves safeguarding, I recommend providing the exact titles or links of the audiobooks showing inappropriate content. You can report them directly in Spotify using the “Report” option on the content’s menu to speed up removal.

Meanwhile, keep following up with Spotify support and I'd mention that this is a serious child safety issue too.
