Christian Genre

Christian Genre

I have really enjoyed using spotify, and it is great to be part of such an active music community !!:D i just wanted to ask, where did the cChrisian music category go? 2015 was a great year for the christian/worship genre with artist like Matt Redman, Hillsongs, Rend Collective, Rivers and Robots and Kings Kollidescope to name a few releasing world class albums with songs being sung in meetings all around the world! I can imagine that 2016 will be an even greater year for this ever diversifying area of music. Therefore it would be great to see the chrisian tab reinstated, ore reinvented!! Many Thanks All and Happy New Year 😄

Hey @sampeteolly

I still see it.

Go to the Browse page -- > and look for the "Christian" genre. It has a bird symbol

Are you looking with the Spotify desktop app or the Spotify mobile app?

Doesn't work with both

Mac and Android...

You should also check out the Celebration Symphony Orchestra.

Here are a few Christian playlists that I listen to daily -

First is some indie alternative chill pop type music-

Next is some rock music - hard and alternative mix -

Followed by some chill instrumental hip hop beats for studying or background music -

Lastly, some Americana / folk type music to spice up any camping or river trips you might be going on!

Hope you find something you enjoy!
Soli Deo Gloria!

Christian music sucks.

Thank you

It seems like it's completely gone from the home page.

I don't want to have to search for it, but browse it to discover new music, that's what spotify used to be good at.

I canceled my premium subscription, and encouraged all my christian friends to do the same, many of which have done so.
