My Question or Issue

Hello, I have been using Spotify free for few years (country was USA) and now I decided to subscribe Premium, but for connect my payment card I was forced to change country from USA to Belarus. Now I have a problem that I can't see any podcast in Spotify. Can I change or maybe you can change a country in my account without changing payment method? 
Unfortunately I don't have USA payment card, even paypal not helped. But I want to use the functions to which I used to.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

At the moment, in order to change your account's location, you need to be physically present in the country. This means that if you're currently in Belarus, you need to be in the USA to change your location there. Then, register a payment method that was issued in the same country in order to continue with the Premium subscription. 

We're sorry we're not able to provide further assistance with this, but hopefully in the near future podcasts and all Spotify features will be available in the whole world.
