Dr Dre's hidden album "Compton"

Dr Dre's hidden album "Compton"

Hi everyone,

I know he used to have a contract with apple so it could only be played on the **bleep**ty apple music stream. But i've heard the contract has ended? Has it ended?

When this came out I loved it, old school rap artists coming back collab'ing with Dre. I really crave this album and i hate listening to it on iTunes and want it on spotify! Does anybody know when it will come to spotify? Will it ever come to spotify? Does anybody else listen to his album 'Compton'??

As a Dr. Dre fan, this is a serious issue. How long will Spotify take to actually start taking us seriously? Bump.

Okay, I pay you guys 10 god darn dollars a month for music ON DEMAND! I'm almost positive that was your guy's motto at one point or another. Now, we are basically demanding you get it some way some how please.
P.s not to push it but it'd also be really nice to listen to Dr. Dre's "the chronic" Spotify.
Thank you (if you read this)

really need to listen this album on the morning for keep the good vibes on my life

Hey @hap2slow! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^

Spotify wants all the world’s music on Spotify. However, some artists and tracks aren't currently available. Sometimes agreements can’t be reached with the artist or label or a change may happen in music ownership.

However, please know thousands of albums and artists are added to Spotify every day. If you can’t find an artist you’re looking for, they may appear (or reappear) soon.

In the meantime, feel free to contact the artist or their label to ask when they plan to be on Spotify. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure the reason The Chronic isn't on the Dr.Dre profile on Spotify is because Dre doesn't own it, that would be ruthless records. I figured that Compton wasn't on there either because Universal had probably owned the masters but they don't. theres an actual soundtrack to the movie that they own. The other day I hit up my guy about it and he said that it is on Apple Music, which I was unaware of so now I'm confused. I did see someone say that it is on spotify but its "hidden" and you need the link for it. Not sure why that would be.
