a minha pergunta é se eu for assinante do spotify posso usar a musicas que estou escutando na minha stream? para outras pessoas possam ouvir ? terei algum problema com direitos autorais? se alguém souber a **bleep** estou no aguardo obrigado

Spotify is designed for personal use so this action wouldn't be recommended considering a streaming show or a similar thing can be watched by a wide audience.

Regarding your copyright question - Spotify doesn't hold copyright on the published content since artists or record labels are considered to be the rightholders.
