Emma Shapplin Playlist is empty

My playlist for Emma Shapplin - Carmine Meo - has suddenly become empty.  Other Emma Shapplin albums are still available but when I search again for this album it is not.  I can understand if an artist has an issue with allowing access to their music but surely it would apply to all albums?  Can anyone explain please?
