My Question or Issue

Hi there @HadaMerlina,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

We hope you don't mind us replying in English, as that's the Community official language.

As a first step, try logging out everywhere, restarting your devices, and logging back in. Also, try unpairing and pairing your phone and your Bluetooth devices again.

If that doesn't make any difference, try running a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps. This can be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

Keep us posted on how it goes.

Hey @HackoJero,

Thanks for getting in touch about this.

Just to confirm, have you tried the steps @CarlosE sent previously?

On another note, could you let us know if this started happening after a specific event such as an update?

Lastly, would you mind letting us know the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of your devices?

Keep us posted.
