Globotom Radio was deleted

My Question or Issue

Globotom Radio was first launched end of December 2020 and was deleted 2nd of January again. People with less listeners and social media contacts than me have a radio. That is not alright.

If you noticed your radio station disappearing from the Spotify platform we recommend getting in touch with our friends at Spotify for Artists. They can have a closer look for you and assist further.

Hi Ivan, there just came a bot answer, that it is an algorithmic thing. I don’t believe it. Why should an algorithm set up something and delete it three days later? I think, they have technical problems due to bad maintenance.

We don't have access to information regarding user and artist profiles, so we can't say for sure why the radio was taken down.

 

We'd suggest you try reaching artist support again and provide more info. This could help the team process your request better.

Thanks Alex for your reply. I am quite unhappy with Spotify concerning this, as they just send standard text clips as answer, probably by a bot.

I get your song radios, but not the artist radio. and you never appear in my mixtapes. Spotfy has bad technique.

Spotify's technical department just works lower than average.
