Hello,
Three of the artists on our label have one or more songs that are currently greyed out, although they were available previously. We have checked with distribution, and have even attempted to re-push the releases, but it has not solved the issue. Our staff has attempted to contact Spotify Support previously but to no avail. We would like to know if there is any way to make our tracks available on Spotify once again, and if there is anyone with whom we could get direct contact to solve the issue.

Thanks for responding. However, I have looked at the form and none of the options in the drop-down menu really fit that with which I need help. Is there a specific person to which you could direct me, or is there a particular option you suggest I choose within that drop-down menu in order to explain the situation? Thanks again.
