HELP ME, FIX IT: Two different artists in only one profile

Good morning,
I've a published track on Spotify, called In Your Feet

My problem is about the "Artist" name, "Brt", because coincides with another artist that produces rap music.

I asked label to change my name from "Brt" to "BRT aka Lorenzo Bortolotti" to distinguish my track from others that are not mine.
Label told me that I have to wait few weeks, because Spotify needs time to make effective changes. Today it's a month that I'm waiting. Please! Help me.

hai provato a contattare direttamente il servizio di assistenza Spotify? Volendo puoi lasciare il tuo nome "BRT" e chiedere soltanto a Spotify di separarlo dall'altro artista, senza che tu sia obbligato a cambiare il tuo nome da artista.

Se la tua etichetta però ha già segnalato il problema trovo strano che non abbiano ancora risolto, eventualmente fallo presente nella mail che mandi al servizio assistenza.
