Home Page "New Episodes"

Please see the screenshot. On my desktop app homepage the first item is "New Episodes" of some podcast that I've never listened to. I don't even listen to podcasts, so this is annoying and makes the app much less usable. 

How do I get rid of this "New Episodes" row? I will never use it.

We understand that you have questions regarding the section about "New episodes" on your home screen and how frustrating it is. Rest assured, I'm here to help you!

Unfortunately, you can't remove/ edit, or get rid of that, but Spotify is always looking forward to improving your content. You can also open a new idea here in the Community starting here.

This will allow users, Stars, and Moderators to vote and comment on it.

It's currently not possible to customize the contents of your Home screen, however, we recommend having a look at this Live Idea suggesting the implementation of this feature.

You can support the idea by adding your +VOTE and clicking on Subscribe in the three-dots menu at the top right corner next to the title. That'll make sure you stay up-to-date with any relevant updates about this. It’s also worth knowing that the higher the number of votes an idea gets, the more likely it is for the idea to be implemented. 

We always take new ideas and feedback into consideration to improve the app. Here you can read more on how ideas work.
