How do I get the naked Lizzo picture off of my Spotify home screen?

There is a naked picture of Lizzo that I really hate seeing every time I open Spotify which makes it very awkward around other people. I have not ever shown interest in Lizzo and I can not hide the add. Please help me.

I'm not sure if this would do it, but you could try going to the app on your phone and going to Lizzo's artist page then clicking the "..." button. Then you'll see "don't play this artist" and click that. It will prevent any of her songs from playing, so you'd have to be okay with that. Maybe that will stop her from showing up on your home page. This probably isn't the best method out there, but it's the only thing I could think of. Hope this helps.
