How to know who is playing on a track

Hello;
There is, to my knowledge, no way of knowing the names of musicians who play on a title. It's a shame, because it allows for music such as jazz or the music of chalbre, but also the song to discover new artists. When the credit of a disc is requested, the list often presents only the leader and never the name of the instruments in front of that of the instrumentalists.
It is disrespectful for these musicians and very bad for melomenas that can not move from discovery to discovery.
Worse, if by external research we find the name of the musicians, looking for them we can not redo the link with the starting dic? This proves that Spotify has a very incomplete database.
