How to report incorrect song info?

I've seen a couple of songs that are marked explicit, but shouldn't be, considering there is no obscence language in the lyrics. I assume it's because most other songs by the artist are explicit, and so every track by them is assumed to be explicit too.

How do I report this?

You should report this at the artist page. On the desktop app you should click on three dots, and then Report. A web page will open, follow the instructions.
