If you can post the following information from below, I can escalate this information to the Spotify mods so it can be sent along to the ads team to be looked into. Ads are region specific to where one is using the Spotify service.

1. What is your listening region you created you Spotify account in?

2. What is your ISP or phone carrier service?

3. Platform and OS on those devices?

4. Also Spotify app versions being run on those devices?
