I bought legit royalty free musics and they are ALL GREYED out on spotify!

I purchased legit music from YesMusic which caters to the fitness industry and ALL of my tracks are greyed out.

I am in the USA, this company is in the USA and the music are original pieces....can you help?

Yes I have !
I contacted Yes Music and they confirmed that they own all the rights on
the tracks
Strangely enough ONE track is now ungreyed.....
All the rest is grey

Can you please tell me the file type of these songs? For example, are they all .mp3?

It's possible that some of these tracks may be protected in restricted formats.

You can try installing QuickTime on your device to allow most of these tracks to be played on Spotify.
