I can't redeem my points + Old rock star member!

Hi there! 

I used to be a rock star last year, and I was frequently apart of the community, but over the summer I wasn't active, so my rank was removed. I still have 191 points, and I was wondering if I can redeem my points asap since I don't know if I will be answering messages on the board/or answer questions anytime soon (this can change), but I was wondering if I can do it sooner.

Hey!
You should be able to redeem your points without any issue yes, however only on certain dates. For more info I recommend contacting a moderator
