I cant listen one of my favorite band from Chile. I am turisting in Canada right now. Is it able this band to listen here in Canada, or not?

Is able  to listen, country banned, or just is not available in my region rightnow.?

I’m in the USA, and none of the songs by Los Picantes in the playlist that you linked are available in my country. I can’t speak for the availability of Los Picantes' music in Canada; however, if the songs are greyed out for you as well, that means that they are unavailable to listen to there as well.

Availability of music can vary over time and between countries according to licensing agreements between rights holders, such as artists and labels.
