I have a track on my songs that is not mine

In my Spotify profile you can see that I have a track called "Melancholinista - Cm "Essential Damage Care / Kao"". This track is not mine, I don't know why it appears in my profile and I don't know who uploaded and why put my name on it.

I want to delete that track or at least make it disappear on my profile, but I don't really know why, I've been looking for on Spotify Artists but I can't see an option to do that.

Can anyone help me please?

Do you have a collaborative playlist? This allows other users to add other songs onto your playlist. Also, if your account is logged into more than one device, someone else may have added it by mistake. My suggestion is to just delete the song from your playlist and turn off the collaborative setting if you can.

It is not a playlist, it is a track attached to my profile.

My music has been uploaded to another artists page. How do i rectify this? Or start my own artist page?
