I lost all my music!!!

I lost all my music!!!

Hi,

I have a free account on a Macbook pro (macOS BigSur 11.7.2) desktop app.

This evening i opened it and all my music was there, then I did close application.

Few time later opening the app it was empty! Like a new account!!

Why?

And if you've already tried updating or re-intelling and your songs are still missing, here's a link where you can speak to a member of the support team who can help you more accurately.
