My Question or Issue

I learned about 15 complimentary hours of audiobooks for premium members.  I am wanting to try this for the first time.  I am a premium member, but every audiobook I find says I have to pay some amount to listen.  What am I missing?

I ended up contacting Spotify support.  My premium was from an annual premium gift card I enabled at the end of 2022. Support staff said that was why I don’t see it. ( I still don’t understand this, as the automated chat bot said I qualify for the audiobook hours). They solved my problem by canceling my remaining month of membership from a year ago, then gifting me one month of premium to offset that. For whatever reason that did the trick for me.

Hey @diznang,

Thanks for reaching out.

Can you open the app, then head to Search > Browse all > Audiobooks and then scroll down? It should show the available Audiobooks there 🙂

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for taking the time to answer.  It turned out I had to contact support who canceled my remaing month of membership then Gifting me a month of membership to offset that.  And that worked.
