Johnny Lang new album Signs

Johnny Lang posted his new album "Signs", however it doesn't work for me. Is it a Brazil Regional Problem, an account individual problem or a tool problem?

Most probably a region problem. Some songs or albums don't get released for certain countries. If so, there's no solution but to wait until it gets released in your country.

Edit: It can also be due to changes on licensing, or even by decision of the artist.
