Ciao a tutti,
ho notato un'anomalia con la canzone L'Ape Regina di Vasco Rossi.
Su Spotify desktop (da PC) la canzone è perfettamente visibile e ascoltabile, ma su Spotify mobile (app Android/iOS) non compare: né cercandola direttamente, né nella tracklist dell'album Sono innocente.

Ho già provato a:

• aggiornare l'app

• disinstallare e reinstallare

• cambiare connessione

• cercare diverse versioni dell'album

Ma la traccia continua a non essere disponibile sul telefono.

Qualcun altro ha lo stesso problema? È possibile segnalarlo al team tecnico?

I noticed a strange issue with the song L'Ape Regina by Vasco Rossi.
On Spotify desktop (PC), the song is fully available and playable, but on the Spotify mobile app (Android/iOS), it’s missing: it doesn’t show up when I search for it or view the album Sono innocente.

I already tried:

• updating the app

• uninstalling and reinstalling

• switching internet connections

• looking for other versions of the album

But the song still doesn’t appear on the mobile app.

Anyone else experiencing this? Can this be flagged to the tech team?

Is this the song you're referring to?

If so, it looks like it's currently unavailable, as I'm unable to play it across all of my devices. As much as we'd love to have all the music in the world on Spotify, the content may vary over time and between countries. This depends on permissions from rights holders.

The reason why you're not seeing it on mobile could be because you haven't toggled on "Show unplayable songs". The option is located in Settings > Content and display. 

You might also be looking at another version of that song on your desktop, uploaded under a different URI. But in any case, hopefully it won't be too long before the song becomes available again. In the meantime, you can import local files to your Spotify library.

Hi. Yes, that’s the song. By selecting the option to show unavailable tracks, I can now see it, but I still can’t play it. I find it strange that the artist has ALL their tracks on the platform except that one, but thanks for the support.
