This may also be due to other reasons: that an agreement with the artist or record company has not yet been closed or that another agreement is in force or that the respective rights change hands. It can also be a regional rights issue.

If there are centain missing tracks there's nothing we can do about that.

 A lot of issues like this have been coming up lately, this and many other songs will be taken care of. There have been issues with songs being unavailable for some time. For now, you can use other apps in the meantime.

Sorry for that, anyways, if you want to listen to a certain track in spotify, you can always download that song and stream it as a local file in Spotify. You can learn more about how to listen to local files in Spotify here.
