Liked and downloaded songs

In my phone, when I am not at home I use to listen to songs that I have downloaded. Once, I had to liked all of them to have them included in a single list and play them randomly. That worked well for a long time. As I have liked more songs that I have downloaded, I had to filter the downloaded songs from my likes. But this is not working anymore. Even when I filter the songs, when  I play my likes randomly, the app plays lot of the songs that I haven't downloaded. The only way to solve this I've found is to set the app offline, but this doesn't work so well because it turns off frequently while playing. 

Is there any way to play songs from my universe of downloaded songs?
