Limit the commercials on a free account

I have a free account and recently the number of commercials outweighs the songs I actually hear. I've counted three commercials to each song. That's excessive. The cost per month of an ad free subscription is prohibitive but this commerical to music ratio is enough to give up on the app altogether.

Could you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps?

Thank you for following up. No, It did not help. I followed the instructions as provided and it's exactly the same as it was before.

Thanks for trying those steps! I just took a closer look, and I'm afraid that there is no way to change this, as the ads played and its frequency depends on different actors and can vary over time. I do appreciate your feedback and I've passed it on to the right folks.
