Linking same track (single and now on album) with a slightly different title

My Question or Issue

I have released a single last April with the title Agalia (Embrace). A few days ago I submitted an EP for release, through my distributor, including this track. Only this time I accidentally named it Agalia and forgot the bracket title. All the other metadata, recordings and ISRCs are the same.

Will Spotify link those two together so they can share the same play count? Or the title difference: Agalia (Embrace) and Agalia will be the reason for not linking them?

The titles should be identical - you can check this article out.

We can suggest that you can try re-uploading the new track on the EP and check if the streams match.
