My Question or Issue

I recently had to change my payment details to my UAE card and therefore change my region.  Since then I have not been able to access some podcasts that I listen to frequently.  I've changed my card back to the UK and the country settings also but still cannot fine them.  The podcasts are possibly only available in IRL/UK but I was able to listen to then for a long time while in the UAE before I made these changes.

 

Any help with this would be much appreciated:-)

Hey @angiemono83, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

If you're still having trouble, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version.

Thank you. I will give this a try. If i do a clean reinstall will I lose everything that I've saved to my account?

Sounds good!
Great question. You won't lose any saved content on your account when you reinstall the app. However, you will have to re-download your songs if you have a Premium subscription.
