Lying about features to gain plays...

As a huge Travis Scott fan, I was excited to see him featured on an album called "Diver$e" by Tony Milo. Only to find out this album has several big artists featured on it, Chris Brown and Lil Uzi Vert to be specific. I listened to these songs only to find out that these artists are not at all involved in these songs in any way... It is simply a guy trying to mimic their voices and listing them as features to gain plays for himself.... Unfortunately theres a very poor process on spotify to report these kinds of errors other than just "Suggesting an edit"... Was hoping someone can help on here to make sure this stuff can't happen?
