Thanks for posting your question on the Community!

Unlike the curated playlists, which are selected by Spotify staff, all the playlists under Charts are automatically selected based on the the number of listens that the songs have accumulated over a certain period.

This is perhaps the reason why you don't see the track by SONIA in the charts, but perhaps if she goes viral one day she will be in there!
