Missing a song in an album

Insomnium's 'Above the Weeping World' got all its songs except one: 'Mortal Share'. It is the only track missing from the album, why?

Spotify likely does not have permission from the artist for that song to be available.

Spotify tries really hard to get music available on their service, but in the end the availability of music on Spotify is up to the artist and their music label.

How come only one song in the whole album is unavailable?
Please fix this if possible, one of my fav songs. 
(other streaming clients have this song in my country, Norway)
