Missing tracks Tinariwen - Emmaar

Tracks 12 and 13 from "Emmaar" album by "Tinariwen" are missing. How can I inform it to Spotify support?

Hello:

I did a quick look up for that release, seems only the deluxe version of that release, the 14 track release is only available to CA and US Spotify listening regions currently. All other Spotify listening regions have access to the standard 11 track version release, but only these Spotify listening regions RO SI do not currently have access to this release.
