Music Not Available in UK Spotify

I listen to a variety of japanese artists, but what I've found on spotify is that many of their songs, or all of them are't on the UK spotify, but when i google search them it opens up the web player with them up, I assume it's because they're available in other regions. So is a question and a request, is there any wayto access music only available in other regions and if not can you make it available here?

Sadly, @Haani1, this is related to contracts between Spotify and the labels or the artists and their distributors, and often these come with territorial restrictions. Your best bet in this case would be to lobby the artists or their label to make them aware that they're missing out on fans by not including your territory in their Spotify deals.
