My Question or Issue

Não consigo compartilhar músicas nos stories a alguns dias. Tem a opção de compartilhar, mas quando clico não acontece de aparecer o post nos stories para ser compartilhado. Queria saber também por que tem pessoas compartilhando as letras e o meu spotify nem letra tem? Existe alguma diferença no plano premium família? É para ser pior? Porque é bem chato isso, ver o povo postando as músicas e as letras tudo no instagram e o meu nem música deixa compartilhar mais. Triste.

We hope you don't mind us answering in English, as it's the official language of the Community. We're currently looking into this Ongoing Issue rendering users unable to share to Instagram Stories. You can add your vote to it by clicking on the +VOTE button. Make sure you follow the steps provided under Status Update as well. It'll also be useful to Subscribe via the three-dots menu in the top right corner to be informed an all updates, as soon as there are any.

As for the Lyrics feature - do you mean that your unable to share Lyrics to stories or that it's generally unavailable? If it's the latter, keep in mind that the Lyrics feature is still in it's test phase and not all accounts have access to it. You can try to create a new account with a different email address or through Facebook and check if you can see the Lyrics feature on it. If it works on the new account you can copy your playlists from the old account using the steps here.
