Offline playlists and artists

I am a regular user of Spotify on mobile and I download a lot of different playlists that I listen to when I don't have service(it also saves my monthly data).  What I haven't been able to do is look through my music sorted by artist. I can only see the ones I "follow" 

I want to see all offline music by artist, giving me the ability to make new playlists. Without looking through multiple playlists just to figure out where I remember hearing it.
