Spotify creates a "This is XXX" playlist for each singer.
However, there are times when users create "This is XXX" playlists.
Because the user has a "This is XXX" playlist, Spotify will not create a "This is XXX" playlist.
It's a nightmare for all fans who like that singer.
Please ban the creation of existing "This is XXX" playlists.
Furthermore, existing "This is XXX" playlists should be renamed or forced to be changed.
