Paolo Nutini and Mumford and sons, available but won't play???

Every time I click on any of their songs (that are all showing as available) they will not play and display a message saying 'song not available' and say to upload the file...

Please, can someone fix this?

Same here, still getting this error in 2020. Spotify Please resolve. I can only play Candy by Paolo Nutini and nothing from Mumford and Sons
