[Partnership] SPOTIFY DOESN'T WANT TO PAY FOR THE ARTISTS? Right or wrong?

I received this email from Ms. Sayaka -- Spotify Social Content Lead today regarding using my photos without payment. The Subject of the email is "Colloboration" and she said Spotify has no budget but wants to use other artists' photos for free? 

As an artist, I was really speechless, and as a Spotify user, I think I'm contributing to the wrong Music app.

Just looking at that screenshot, I can assure you that that email was not sent by a Spotify representative. Only trust emails that are claiming to be from Spotify if the email address ends with @spotify.com 🙂
