As the Subject states; Have A Cigar From Wish you were here (Remastered Version) has Another brick in the Wall Pt 2 fade out overlapping the song. Is anybody aware of this?

It's a good idea to give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall to see if that helps. Sometimes the cache can lead to different issues.
