Premiun para estudiantes

me llego un correo de verificación aceptando que yo era estudiante y al continuar ingresando los datos de la tarjeta de crédito me dice que ya obtuve la prueba gratis antes, cosa que nunca he hecho...luego me dice que igual puedo canjear premiun para estudiantes, vuelvo a ingresar los datos de la cuenta y me dice que no puedo canjearlo, que hago?

Llena este formulario y alguien de Spotify con gusto vera que sucede en un maximo de 24 hrs habiles.


Si recibes la respuesta automatica, responde a ese mensaje (aun si la direccion es 'no-reply') y un agente de servicio al cliente se pondra en contacto.

Just to clarify, are you seeing a specific error message when trying to upgrade to Premium Students? If so, it'd be helpful if you could share it so we can take a look - just make sure that there's no private/sensitive info displayed.
