Hey there. I'm a spotify premium user and for a long while I've been waiting for Mark Knopfler's latest album Privateering to appear on Spotify. Does anyone know why the album isn't available while all his other albums are available?

Not every album or song is available on Spotify.

The availability of songs on Spotify is up to the artist and their music label.
Spotify has no control over what content is available.

Sometimes it is only available in certain countries, while access is blocked to others.

Yes I know what you're saying. I am asking if anybody knows why that specific album ain't available.

The most likely reason is that the artist has chosen not to release it on Spotify.

Yes I've noticed that as well. It's a shame that such a good album is missing.
