Problem with Tears for Fears tracks - 1 second leading silence

Why do I even bother - who of value reads this?

Anyways - I was adding some Tears for Fears tracks and many of their popular songs are spread across many albums (remastered/collections). There are specific cases though that many songs (haven't fingered a specific album) have a ~2 second silence.

Seeing difference in lengths isn't unusual but I was playing the songs and they had this annoying silence. For every song I was able to find a corresponding non-intro silence version. 

Haven't seen this with other artists. Not going to spend time on differences musically - but in the attached photo the "6:29" has the silence and the other does not.

I fade music from one to the other - preferable to have this silence at the end.

Not sure if there is a rip issue or something else. FWIW

In the case of Shout, I hear no silence at the beginning, and actually I couldn't hear it at the end either. The 6.32 version skips to the next track at 6.30.

I guess it happens because they're different rips, as I can notice a difference in how the song sounds.
