Quick question!

Quick question!

So idk if this goes here or not.. but can we add songs from our personal computers or phones to Spotify... or is it all the copyright stuff. Bcus I got a mixtape that's not on Spotify but one of his songs is on Spotify as a single.. I think we should be able to add our music on our phone to our play lists. So I don't have to switch apps just to listen to certain songs.. I'm probably preaching to the choir. But maybe not.. someone let me know thanks

Yes , you can add mp3s and they will play in Spotify.

In the Desktop app, go to Edit > Preferences > Local Files > Add Source...

In there you'll select the directory where you have your mp3s for Spotify to scan.

Okay what about on a phone is there a way? Or does it have to be on the
computer?

There is. Check this tutorial:
