My Question or Issue

I'm planning to re-release a (released in 2014) album, that i have produced.

I was told that, in order for Spotify to identify the tracks as the same tracks (and doesn't loose the stream count), all file details must be EXACTLY the same. This involves ISRC, track length, track name etc...

I tried comparing my archived Masters to the data that i see on the Spotify Player and on Spotify for Developers, and they are not the same!

I put an example:

The first track of the album is "Kiklos"

Player display duration: 3:19

Get Track duration: 199306

Get Track Audio Analysis: 199.30667 (ms)

How can 199.306 ms be 3:19" ? All calculators find it to be 3,32"

Note that my Master is indeed 3:19"

Please help, since our (previous) distributor (Cobalt Greece SA) isn't cooperative.
