Remove "Do They Know It's Christmas" from Spotify-created playlists

"Do They Know It's Christmas" perpetuates harmful steryotypes about Africa and is painfully condescending.  It should be removed at least from Spotify-created playlists, where many people go for their curated holiday music.  Spotify has the choice of what music to include on those playlists, and "Do they Know It's Christmas" shouldn't have made the cut.  Some of the most offending lyrics (from the version in the "Christmas Classics" playlist):

And there won't be snow in Africa this Christmas time

The greatest gift they'll get this year is life

Where nothing ever grows

No rain or rivers flow

Do they know it's Christmas time at all?
