Same Song, Same Album ID, but different Song ID

I've found a Song that has two different Song IDs but the Same Album ID.

The Song is found only once in the Album.

Both Songs can be found in the following Playlist:

I already noticed this with other songs.

I really don't get why this is a thing and it kinda annoys me, because i am searching for new Songs to put into my Playlists and now i can never be sure if i am inserting a duplicate...

Thanks for posting in the Community!

Sometimes when a track is re-uploaded, it returns with different metadata, so essentially it appears as a new song.
This could happen due to licensing issues or other factors.
As we hold no power over this process, not much can be done on our end for the time being.
