Say Anything self titled album not on UK spotify, but is in US?

The band Say Anything have a self titled record that isn't available in the UK... yet most of their other records are. it's not a super old or super new record, it's in the middle of their discography. the US apparently have it, it's just UK users who don't. 

There's also 4 versions of the same record of said same band which is a bit silly, too. 

Any thoughts as to why or if it can be rectified? I miss that record a lot.
