Shuffle dont Work in the car

Its not possible to turn on shuffle when im in the car. Im so sick of every song in the same order in any filter. What can i do?

Thank you for your reply and confirmation.

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

if that doesn't do the trick, can you try to connect another device to see if the issue persist?
